The RFQ-#14-010 Ocean Park Revitalization Plan – Phase I, was advertised on May 2, 2014.  The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) were submitted by respondents on Friday, May 23, 2014.   Responses to the RFQ were submitted by EDSA, Kimley-Horn & Associates and BEA Architects, Inc.  

Description of Action

The Review Committee, consisting of Marc LaFerrier, Director of Community Development, Colin Donnelly, Assistant City Manager, Ronnie Navarro, Engineer, Mark Felicetty, Director of Parks and Recreation and Yeimy Guzman, Controller. The Committee met on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 to review and evaluate the RFQs that were submitted to the City.  The following are the combined scores from the committee members for each respondent:
